Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders can be placed at our website at any time and will be confirmed within 24 hours. Should we have your particular item in your size, the item(s) will be shipped immediately.

Each piece is shipped via USPS insured with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. Shipping will be conducted only during the business days of each respective week. For example, if you place an order on Thursday before 4:00 PM PST and we have that piece in stock, it will be shipped by Friday and the package will arrive early the following week.

While jewelry often makes for a great birthday, occasion, or holiday gift, please consider that our business hand makes every piece. If an item is not in stock, we will produce that piece tailored to your size and specifications and we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Typically, our production process takes up to 2 weeks.

However, we try to expedite it as much as we can so you may be able to enjoy your piece sooner. The item will be shipped as soon as it is complete. If an expedited production and delivery is requested, please contact us as soon as the order is placed at shipping@lesetoilesdtla.com (please be mindful that extra fees may apply).

Orders placed during the holiday season or when we experience high order volume may take longer than our 2-week time window. If so, we will contact you.

 

Returns

All our pieces are hand made in our studio in Los Angeles with the utmost care and attention. We treat the cheapest piece in our line the same as we would with our most expensive. Because we handcraft our pieces, they may have small imperfections or blemishes. It does not necessarily mean that your piece has been damaged; it is a mark signifying the uniqueness of your piece.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and it does not meet your expectations, feel free to contact us. We are happy to speak with you.

We want you to enjoy your piece. Because each piece is specifically made to fit your body and your specifications, we are unfortunately unable to provide any returns.

However, should the piece not fit you or a different piece we make has caught your eye, we have a resize or exchange policy that lasts 14 days after receipt of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a resize or exchange. 

Because of the nature of custom or personalized orders, we cannot accept any returns. If a resize is needed, do not hesitate to let us know.


Exchanges or Resizes (if applicable) 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be returned and it is your responsibility to pay for the resize or exchange shipping costs.

Please follow the instructions below to ship your piece for a resize or exchange:

  • To request an exchange or resize, please send us an email at shipping@lesetoilesdtla.com and notify you will be shipping us your item.
  • Please include your Name, Order Number, Tracking Number, and Name of the Item within your email. Please also let us know whether you are requesting a resize or exchange. If a resize, let us know which size is a better fit for you.
  • Please send your package to the following address: Les Étoiles Exchange, 608 S. Hill St., Suite #601, Los Angeles, CA 90014, United States.
  • Shipping must contain a tracking number. If the piece is lost in transit, we will not bear responsibility for the loss.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

We will also notify you of the expected wait time to resize your item. Typically, a resize takes up to a week, but can often be done much quicker. We will resize at no charge to you, aside from shipping costs.

If you are approved for an exchange, then your purchase price will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your future purchase, within a certain amount of days.

 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged. 

 

Shipping for an Exchange or Resize (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Les Étoiles Exchange, 608 S. Hill St., Suite #601, Los Angeles CA 90014, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item to us, the shipping must contain a tracking number. If the piece is lost in transit, we will not bear responsibility for the loss.
